Add Device – Partner Support

How to add a device using partner support user interface?

1. Click select client’s drop down menu and select a client from the list.

2. Fill up the input field with the user’s credentials and select device type.

3. Click the check box before sending Install request, this will let the user to use the passcode for authentication in the process of installation.


4. Check the given credentials before clicking the button “Send install request” .

5. If error occurs while adding a device, Please log a support ticket with TechSafe by clicking the link “Log a support ticket”.
