TechSafe Manage is an easy-to-use cloud platform with all of the essential functionality for end-to-end management of today’s mobile devices utilizing the iOS, Android, Windows and Blackberry operating systems. Following is a short description of the TechSafe Manage service offerings:

5. TechSafe Threat Protection provides enhanced mobile security with mobile malware detection and advanced jailbreak/root detection. TechSafe Threat Protection, Client will be able to set and manage compliance policies around detected malware and other security vulnerabilities.

6. TeamViewer Remote Support provides remote support on any kind of device operating system or form factor, including Apple iOS, Google Android and Microsoft™ Windows™ devices, Windows Mobile 10, and macOS.

7. Technical Support Level 1 is a 24 x 7 service including providing the initial contact for all service requests from End Users regarding the TechSafe services, logging and managing tickets, 1st level service request resolution, escalations to 2nd & 3rd level support as required, and reporting.

8. Technical Support Level 2 & 3 is a 7am – 6pm x 5 days support service that offers advanced technical support to Clients. Generally Clients operate their own level 1 support desk and escalate to the Capella TechSafe support team.

In level 2/3 support Clients receive prioritized case handling and support aligned with their business. Response times can be defined in consultation with the Client.
