 Overview 

Renaissance Group is a health provider based in Auckland, New Zealand, dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. They offer a range of services aimed at promoting independence, choice, and community participation.  

Renaissance wanted a solution that would streamline device management processes, improve security, and reduce operational costs.

  • Time: not a typical GM, Karen is a hands-on person getting involved in the business with a focus on quality outcomes. Karen was manually setting up each device.  Ensuring no compromise to quality while giving back valuable time was imperative.
